Centagon developed an integrated communications campaign by understanding the needs and challenges of a diverse target audience. An engaging campaign was created using relevant and meaningful messaging and deliverables.

- Develop a messaging platform with creative concept to deliver a marketing and communication campaign aimed at a diverse target audience.
- Create various communication deliverables to engage, resonate and be relevant across a wide target audience group from inexperienced to very experienced mechanical and mechatronical engineers.
- Create and produce an engaging and exciting recruitment brochure explaining how interesting it is to work for Philips Innovation Services.
- Create films for release on http://www.innovationservices.philips.com/careers highlighting the benefits to engineers and technicians of working for PInS/Philips.
- Show the level of quality and standard of the PInS/Philips people and the kind of exciting work challenges they face.
- Use PInS/Philips people to act as spokespersons and explain why they joined PInS/Philips, why they like working for PInS/Philips, and highlight various benefits of working for PInS/Philips.
Our solution...
- Development of a creative platform and messaging grid as the starting point for the entire campaign.
- Copywriting for recruitment brochure and adverts.
- Design and production of 24-page brochure as a ready-to-use document to be handed out, emailed or downloaded. Content provided interesting and relevant information for prospective candidates.
- Filmed interviews conducted with 8 current PInS employees to provide prospective candidates with “real life” insights on the people who work for PInS, why they joined the company, the challenges they are working on and their growth opportunities within Philips.
- Photography of these employees in their natural working environment.
