• Giving you the flexibility to adapt and personalize your presentation to suit your needs (and customer requirements)

Development based on extensive analysis
The ‘Media Presenter’ tool – and the theme – were developed after analyzing ongoing trends (e.g. in customer expectations, buying behavior, technology shifts) and after gathering feedback from key people in the customer-facing side of organizations. As a result, crucial issues were addressed including:

External challenges

• The shift in emphasis away from a purely product-related approach towards providing complete solutions / experiences.
• The growing role of new technologies and changing customer behavior and the impact this is having on the company’s business landscape.

Internal challenges

• Not being able to access the most up-to-date versions of shared resources to present to customers.
• Difficulty in finding the right and the most relevant information for specific target audiences and decision makers.
• No uniformity in the way the sales force communicates with the market.

The ‘Media Presenter’ tool software is built to run on a Windows platform. It is a stand-alone piece of software and requires no additional software to be installed*.
The business model is based on a licensee fee per user group, per year.

* Tool uses the standard / default installed Office programs.
